The Paid Media Strategist will own client accounts from strategy through execution, report on performance, and drive growth. You'll work with an operations team, report to the Associate Director of Operations, and be accountable for

Qualificações

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Solve account issues proactively to support stability and growth.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor performance daily and adjust budgets, audiences, and bids accordingly.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and conversion events; configure Calendly/Zapier workflows.
