Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution.

You will manage Meta campaigns for a portfolio of financial-services clients, lead bi-weekly client calls, monitor performance, and develop data-driven recommendations. You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and serve as the primary contact for your clients, ensuring retention, renewals, and referrals through proactive communication and rigorous

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Ability to drive performance toward targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports ahead of scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure Calendly, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
• Monitor performance daily and adjust campaigns based on cost-per-appointment and other metrics.
