Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own a portfolio of client accounts from strategy through execution. You will manage Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointment bookings, liaise with clients, and translate data into clear recommendations.

The role includes bi-weekly client calls, performance reporting, and ownership of tracking setup and integrations. A strong focus on client retention and results is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Manage Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor performance daily and adjust based on cost-per-appointment and other metrics.
• Set up tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events; configure Calendly integrations and Zapier automations.
