Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution.

You will manage Meta campaigns, lead bi-weekly calls, and deliver performance reports, translating data into clear recommendations for high-net-worth prospects and financial advisor clients. This hands-on role requires owning relationships, driving results, and maintaining proactive communication to support retention and growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and prepare performance reports.
• Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Manage Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor budgets, targeting, bid strategies, creative testing, and campaign variables.
• Troubleshoot tracking, pixels, and lead-routing workflows; liaise with platforms and client systems.
