Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution. You will manage Meta campaigns, monitor results, contribute to ad messaging, and serve as the primary contact for clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and prepare performance reports.
• Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor campaigns and adjust based on cost-per-appointment and other metrics.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
