Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist in New York to own client accounts from strategy through execution.

You will manage Meta campaigns, build strong client relationships, and translate data into actionable recommendations to drive lead generation and appointments. Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, you will lead bi-weekly client calls, deliver performance reports, and ensure tracking accuracy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Solve account issues proactively to support stability and growth.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor performance daily and make adjustments based on cost-per-appointment and other key metrics.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and develop strategies to improve results.
• Test audiences, messaging, and creative to identify opportunities for stronger performance.
• Contribute to ad copy and campaign messaging.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
• Resolve technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems.
• Proactively monitor tracking and lead flow to prevent issues from affecting client results.
