Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client relationships and campaign performance. You will manage a portfolio of Meta campaigns, lead client calls, and translate data into actionable recommendations for high-net-worth prospects.

You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and drive results, retention, and referrals through proactive issue resolution and clear performance communication.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Set up and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor costs, targeting, bids, testing, and campaign variables daily.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and develop improvement strategies.
• Configure tracking, pixels, and lead routing workflows; troubleshoot issues.
