Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own a portfolio of client accounts across Meta advertising, from strategy to execution. You’ll lead client calls, optimize campaigns, and translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, you’ll drive results, retention, and growth while coordinating tracking, reporting, and workflows. This hands-on role rewards proactive problem-solving and clear communication.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
• Monitor performance daily and adjust budgets, targeting, and bidding as needed.
