Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution. You’ll manage Meta campaigns, drive lead generation, and own bi-weekly client calls to report performance and set next steps.

You’ll report to the Associate Director of Operations, collaborate across teams, and be accountable for client results, retention, and growth. This remote role offers flexible scheduling and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and client-facing conversations.
• Ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports 24 hours before calls.
• Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Set up and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor budgets, targeting, bid strategies, and creative testing.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and develop improvement strategies.
• Configure tracking, Meta pixels, Conversions events, Calendly, Zapier workflows.
