Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is a performance marketing agency delivering Meta advertising for financial services professionals. The Paid Media Strategist will own portfolios, lead client calls, and optimize campaigns to generate qualified appointments and high‑value leads.

You will report to the Associate Director of Operations, own client relationships, translate data into actionable advice, and ensure retention and referrals. Remote work, flexible schedule, and performance bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands‑on paid media experience, with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client‑facing conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor performance daily and adjust based on cost-per-appointment and other metrics.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and conversion events; configure Calendly/Zapier automations.
