Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist/Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution. You’ll manage Meta campaigns, optimize for lead gen and appointments, and serve as the primary client contact.

You’ll report to the Associate Director of Operations and drive client results, retention, and growth while coordinating tracking and automation across platforms. Remote-friendly, with a performance-first mindset.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Ability to drive campaigns toward defined targets and support client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Aufgaben

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and be the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls on performance, strategy, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports 24 hours before calls.
• Translate data into clear recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build client relationships to support retention and referrals.
• Manage Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor budgets, targeting, bidding, creative testing, and variables.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and improve results.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, pixels, and events.
• Configure Calendly, Zapier automations, and lead routing.
• Proactively monitor tracking and lead flow to prevent issues.
