Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution, with a focus on Meta advertising and lead generation.

You will manage a portfolio of accounts, lead bi-weekly calls, translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients, and ensure retention and growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta campaigns.
• Strong ability to manage multiple client accounts and communicate results clearly.
• Experience with conversion tracking and pixels.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports ahead of scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and develop strategies to improve results.
