Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution. You will lead bi-weekly client calls, manage Meta campaigns, monitor results, and translate data into actionable recommendations for high-net-worth prospects.

You’ll report to the Associate Director of Operations and be accountable for client results, relationships, and retention. This role offers work-from-home flexibility with a focus on performance and growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, and next steps.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointment booking.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, pixels, and conversion events; manage Calendly and Zapier automations.
