Thanx is hiring for a Merchant Operations role focused on ensuring partner setups, integrations, and ongoing health of loyalty, mobile apps, online ordering, and POS connections. You’ll work with Support, Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Engineering, taking ownership beyond ticket queues.

You’ll use data to identify root causes, build automations, and communicate clearly with merchants. A strong emphasis on AI-driven processes and responsiveness defines this team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical support, operations, implementation, or similar role.
• Ability to diagnose problems across multiple systems and find root causes.
• Comfort with data; SQL is a big plus; AI tools experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure merchant setups (loyalty, rewards, apps, online ordering).
• Connect partner integrations to POS, ordering, and delivery partners.
• Investigate and resolve issues and provide clear bug reports.
• Monitor location health and data quality to catch issues early.
• Manage card network enrollment and troubleshoot transactions.
• Build and improve automations to reduce manual work.
• Communicate updates clearly to merchants and teammates.
