Thanx is hiring for a remote Merchant Operations role. You will configure merchant setups, link merchants to POS and delivery partners, and handle escalations with Support, Customer Success, and Engineering. The role requires comfort with data, SQL, and AI tooling like Claude or ChatGPT.

Expect a lean, fast-moving environment with equity for contributors. Six-month goals include owning core configuration and automation; twelve months bring end-to-end ownership of an area such as an integration

Competenze

• Experience in a technical support or operations role across multiple systems.
• Comfort with data; SQL is a big plus.
• Experience with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT.

Mansioni

• Configure merchant setups and link to POS, ordering, and delivery partners.
• Take escalations from Support and Customer Success; report fixes to Engineering.
• Write actionable updates for merchants and teammates.
• Investigate and prevent integrations that break; monitor card networks.
