Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Merchandising Systems Delivery Lead to drive complex, customer-facing transformations across North America. This remote role requires US-based work and 30%+ travel across the US and Canada, functioning as an individual contributor with strong delivery judgment.

You will lead software implementations from discovery to go-live, own plans and risks, and translate fashion retail needs into practical solutions in partnership with product and technical teams.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
Ability to lead cross-functional workshops and executive conversations.
Experience in fashion and apparel retail including planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimisation.

Responsibilities

Lead retail software implementations from discovery and scope through testing, customer acceptance and go-live.
Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across several active customer projects.
Translate fashion and apparel retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
Support discovery, demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.
