Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Strong ability to move complex projects forward with limited teams.
• Comfortable in senior individual contributor roles with travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Own project plans, milestones, risks and issue resolution across multiple projects.
• Translate fashion/apparel retail requirements into practical solutions with product and tech teams.
• Lead customer workshops and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
• Support discovery and scoping during pre-sales.
