Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Merchandising Systems Delivery Lead to drive complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This is a hands-on individual contributor role, remote from the US East Coast, with 30%+ travel across the US and Canada.

Base salary ranges from $150,000 to $200,000, with flexibility for exceptional experience. The role requires deep fashion and apparel retail delivery experience, proven success delivering retail technology implementations on customer

Qualifications

Hands-on experience delivering fashion and apparel retail technology implementations.
Proven ability to manage delivery across multiple customer sites without large teams.
Strong judgment to move complex programs forward while balancing priorities.
Experience sustaining customer relationships and competing priorities across projects.
Willingness to travel regularly to North America.

Responsibilities

Lead retail software implementations from discovery through testing and go-live.
Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution across multiple customer projects.
Translate fashion/retail requirements into practical solutions with product and tech teams.
Lead customer workshops, executive conversations, and delivery reviews with clarity.
Support discovery, demonstrations, and scoping during pre-sales.
