Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Merchandising Systems Delivery Lead to steer complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This remote, US-based role involves 30%+ travel across the US and Canada, delivering apparel retail technology implementations from discovery through go-live.
You will manage plans and risks, lead workshops with executives, and ensure successful delivery with product and technical teams across multiple active projects.
Formación
- Deep hands-on experience in fashion/apparel retail technology implementations.
- Proven ability to deliver retail software projects at customer sites.
- Strong delivery judgment and ability to move complex projects forward with minimal oversight.
- Experience juggling priorities across multiple projects and client relationships.
- Comfort in a senior individual contributor role with regular travel.
Responsabilidades
- Lead retail software implementations from discovery to go-live.
- Own project plans, milestones, risks, and issue resolution across multiple customer projects.
- Translate fashion/retail requirements into practical solutions with product/technical teams.
- Lead customer workshops and executive delivery reviews with clarity.
- Support discovery, demos, and scoping activities during pre-sales.
