Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Merchandising Systems Delivery Lead for a remote role based in the United States, with 30%+ travel across the US and Canada. You will drive complex retail technology implementations from discovery through go-live, coordinating with product and engineering teams and leading customer workshops.

This hands-on senior contributor role requires deep fashion and apparel retail experience, a proven delivery track record, and the ability to move multi-project initiatives

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion/apparel retail operations (planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment, or inventory optimization).
• Record of delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and customer relationships with minimal team support.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery and scope through testing, customer acceptance and go-live.
• Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across several active customer projects.
• Turn fashion and apparel retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
• Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
• Support discovery, demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.
