Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Merchandising Systems Delivery Lead to steer complex, customer-facing retail technology transformations across North America. This remote role (from US East Coast) requires 30%+ travel across the US and Canada, with a base salary of $150,000–$200,000 and flexibility for exceptional experience.

Lead end-to-end implementations, own plans and risks, and translate fashion retail requirements into practical solutions alongside product and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering merchandising or fashion/retail tech implementations.
• Strong project management and client-facing delivery skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery through testing, acceptance and go-live.
• Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across several active customer projects.
• Turn fashion and apparel retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
• Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
• Support discovery, demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.
