Job summary

Toast is hiring a Menu Onboarding Consultant to build, review, and configure customer menus to ensure go-live success and ongoing operational excellence. You will serve as the customer’s menu relationship manager and main contact from purchase through onboarding, working autonomously under an Onboarding Manager.

The role is remote and requires you to thrive in a fast-growing, ambiguous environment with a focus on delivering high-quality customer interactions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a role responsible for customer satisfaction and business operations (4-6 weeks or more).
• Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities in a changing environment.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with restaurant owners during Go-Live to plan onboarding within time and budget.
• Create best practices for managing daily restaurant operations using Toast.
• Consult with clients to determine configuration needs before go-live.
• Document go-live processes and deviations from best practices.
• Lead onboarding training for restaurant staff on Toast configuration and workflows.
• Manage multiple onboarding engagements, including large numbers of restaurants.
