Qualifications

• Two years of accounting/finance/bookkeeping experience.
• Associate’s degree in accounting/finance.
• Health or insurance industry experience.
• High School diploma or GED.

Responsabilités

• Identify, resolve, and document complex reconciliation discrepancies independently.
• Process refunds, premium transfers, and enrollment changes with accurate notes.
• Utilize Excel/Access and reports to update eligibility, enrollment and reconciliation data.
• Meet department metrics for production and quality and stay updated on policies.
• Prepare written correspondence regarding billing and enrollment issues.
• Educate members, brokers, or groups on billing processes and contract interpretation.
