Five Star Solutions is seeking a Member Support Specialist to be the first contact for members, clients, or customers. The role handles calls, texts, emails, case management, and documentation to ensure a positive customer experience.

The position is remote for residents of AL and several other states, offering $14 per hour with a $1 differential for nights and weekends. Training is provided, and full-time benefits begin after 60 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in customer service or call center.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent active listening.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Independent and team-capable.
• Proficiency with CRM or case management software.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Respond to inquiries via text, email, and other channels.
• Create, update, and manage customer cases within company systems.
• Document interactions accurately and completely.
• Resolve routine issues at first contact where possible.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
• Follow processes, workflows, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and data integrity.
