Job summary

Five Star Solutions in the United States offers a remote Member Support Specialist role for residents of LA and other states. You will handle calls, texts, and emails, create and manage cases, and ensure accurate documentation to provide a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate communicates well, pays attention to detail, and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay is $14 per hour with a differential for nights and weekends, plus full-time benefits after 60

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year in customer service or call center experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Respond to texts, emails, and other inquiries promptly.
• Create and manage customer cases in company systems.
• Document interactions accurately and completely.
• Resolve routine issues at first contact when possible.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Follow processes, workflows and compliance requirements.
• Maintain data integrity and monitor open cases for timely resolution.
• Meet quality, productivity, and service level expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns.
