Job summary

4Front Credit Union is seeking a Member Solutions Specialist to assist members with past-due accounts, establish payment options, and communicate clearly with empathy and professionalism.

This non-exempt, hybrid role offers a Monday–Friday shift with remote rotation on Mondays and Fridays, and a pay range of $20.22 to $25.27 per hour.

You will document interactions, review delinquency data, and help members find workable paths forward while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service, collections, or financial experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of collections or account servicing.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and organization.
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Contact members about past-due accounts via phone, email, and correspondence with clear information.
• Identify reasons for delinquency and discuss repayment options.
• Establish payment arrangements and account updates; assist with extensions.
• Review delinquency reports and research discrepancies to keep records current.
• Document member interactions and account activity; follow privacy and compliance rules.
• Collaborate with the Member Solutions team to ensure consistent member experiences.
