Job summary

Rockland Federal Credit Union is seeking friendly, service-focused individuals for the Member Solutions Center in a remote, full-time role. The position offers an hourly salary of $20.00–$22.00, with weekday shifts and alternating Saturday hours.

You will handle member calls, process transactions, and promote RFCU products while upholding company values. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent and banking or call center experience is a plus.
