Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking a Member Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for members and clients. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, respond to texts and emails, and manage customer cases with accuracy and care.

The role is remote for residents in select states, with starting pay $14 per hour plus a night/weekend differential. Expect 40 hours per week, paid training, and benefits eligibility after 60 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong active listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Experience with CRM or customer support systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Respond to inquiries via text, email, and other channels.
• Create and manage customer cases in company systems.
• Document interactions accurately and completely.
• Resolve routine issues at first contact when possible.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Maintain data integrity and meet quality/service targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address concerns.
