Job summary

Spade Recruiting partners with unions, credit unions, and member groups across North America. This fully remote role involves helping members understand program options, answer questions, and guide them through the process with professionalism, clarity, and respect.

You’ll conduct scheduled virtual conversations, use Zoom and email, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the team while receiving ongoing coaching and mentorship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong listening and conversational skills are essential.
• Proficient with Zoom, email, online scheduling, and other digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Meet with members through video conferencing and telephone appointments.
• Ask questions and listen to understand individual priorities.
• Present information clearly and professionally.
• Help members navigate options and make informed choices.
• Maintain accurate electronic notes, files, and documentation.
• Follow up with members and provide continued assistance as needed.
• Participate in regular team meetings, coaching, and skills development.
• Work collaboratively toward individual and team objectives.
• Identify ways to improve communication, organization, and member experience.
