Job summary

Spade Recruiting is seeking candidates for a fully remote member services position. You will engage with members by phone and virtual meetings, schedule appointments, and deliver online presentations to provide information on available programs and services.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with members by phone and through virtual meetings.
• Coordinating and scheduling member appointments.
• Providing online presentations to individuals who have requested additional information.
• Explaining program details in a clear and professional manner.
• Completing, reviewing, and processing digital documentation.
• Maintaining accurate records and following established procedures.
• Providing follow-up assistance throughout the member experience.
• Taking part in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development.
