TEKsystems is seeking a Member Service Representative in the Dallas, TX area. This hybrid role requires you to work within 60 miles of Dallas, with a start date window in September-October.

The position focuses on handling high-volume member inquiries, providing product information, and performing routine banking transactions. Qualified candidates will have a HS Diploma/GED, strong computer and typing skills, and must maintain a hard-wired home internet connection.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Computer Literacy, Customer Service Skills and Typing Speed (Assessments will be Required)
• HS Diploma/GED Equivalent minimum
• Hard-wired internet connection required for home workspace
• No time off during training

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from members in a 24/7 high-volume, schedule-driven contact center.
• Provide information on products and services with active listening and engagement to ensure member experience.
• Perform transactions for savings, checking, loans, and other accounts as needed.
• Advise members on products and services that may fit their needs.
