Job summary

S3 Shared Services, a remote contact center team, is seeking a Member Service Representative to handle calls about membership, banking products, services and rates. The role emphasizes delivering world-class service in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting with dual monitors. The position offers medical/dental/vision benefits, paid time off, holidays and 401(k)

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.

• Works well in a structured and procedure driven position.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls using knowledge of credit union products, data systems, and web-based applications to provide information and assist with requests for both member and non-member callers.
• Complete required member verification, review accounts, relay policy/procedures, and communicate with management or other teams to remedy issues in a remote environment.
• Specialize in digital, cards, or loans-related queue and process related transactions.
