S3 Shared Services is seeking a remote Member Service Representative to join our Contact Center team. You will answer questions about memberships, banking products, services, and rates, while delivering world-class service in a remote environment.

Responsibilities include member verification, account reviews, and processing requests; you may specialize in digital, cards, or loans queues and collaborate with other teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Thrive in a fast-paced customer service setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and provide information about membership, banking products, services and rates.
• Perform member verification, review accounts, and relay policy/procedures as needed in a remote setting.
• Handle digital, cards, or loans-related inquiries and transactions.
• Correspond with other departments via email and participate in additional projects as assigned.
