Responsibilities

• Answers phone calls and provides information on membership banking products, services and rates.
• Completes member verification and processes transactions; communicates with management or other teams to resolve issues in a remote environment.
• Specializes in either digital cards or loans related queues and related transactions.
• Corresponds with other departments and management via email for additional requests or research.
• Performs additional duties and projects as assigned by management.
