Job summary

Deseret First Credit Union is hiring a remote Member Service Agent to assist members by phone and email, handle transactions, and educate them on credit union products and services. The role offers immediate remote work options following initial onsite training.

Key duties include taking calls, opening accounts, processing checks, and responding to inquiries while delivering friendly, solution-oriented customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and six months of experience working with the general public required.
• Previous phone experience is helpful.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Takes incoming calls from members to assist them with account needs and transactions.
• Opens new accounts.
• Processes checks.
• Responds to members' e-mail and chat system inquiries.
• Provides credit union products and services to existing members.
