Burnett Specialists is seeking an experienced Member Service Representative II for a remote, full-time position outside the Houston area. You will handle phone, email, and chat inquiries from members while resolving account questions and delivering excellent customer service.

The role includes supporting online/mobile banking and other digital services, with a requirement of 3+ years in a high-volume call center and a High School Diploma.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume call center/customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.
• Professional, patient, and customer-focused.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Credit union/banking experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Handle high-volume inbound member calls and inquiries
• Resolve account questions, complaints, and service issues
• Process transfers, loan payments, and account maintenance
• Assist members with online/mobile banking and other digital services
• Document customer interactions and elevate complex issues when needed
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services
