Member Service Representative II - Remote

| Full-Time | Remote - Must live outside Houston

We are hiring an experienced Member Service Representative II to join a busy Contact Center. This role provides phone, email, and chat support to members while resolving account questions and delivering excellent customer service.

What You'll Do

• Handle high-volume inbound member calls and inquiries
• Resolve account questions, complaints, and service issues
• Process transfers, loan payments, and account maintenance
• Assist members with online/mobile banking and other digital services
• Document customer interactions and elevate complex issues when needed
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of high-volume call center/customer service experience required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems
• Professional, patient, and customer-focused

Schedule

Full-time, hourly position

Shifts between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST

Some weekends and overtime may be required

Saturday training may be required
