Member Service Representative II – Remote | Full-Time | Remote – Must live outside Houston We are hiring an experienced Member Service Representative II to join a busy Contact Center. This role provides phone, email, and chat support to members while resolving account questions and delivering excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle high-volume inbound member calls and inquiries
• Resolve account questions, complaints, and service issues
• Process transfers, loan payments, and account maintenance
• Assist members with online/mobile banking and other digital services
• Document customer interactions and elevate complex issues when needed
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services

What We’re Looking For:
