Job summary

Zing Health, Inc. is seeking a Temporary Member Quality & Concierge Coordinator to support the Customer Success organization. This fully remote role in IL focuses on proactive outreach, concierge-level support, and improving member engagement, health outcomes, and campaign performance.

The Coordinator assists with benefit education, appointment scheduling, and care gap closure, driving activities like HRAs, AWVs, and preventive services while maintaining trust and high-quality member experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service, healthcare, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound member outreach campaigns related to quality, Stars, CAHPS, retention, and engagement initiatives.
• Contact members regarding HRAs, preventive care screenings, medication adherence programs, AWVs, and other care gap opportunities.
• Educate members on plan benefits, supplemental benefits, rewards programs, and healthcare resources.
• Schedule appointments and connect members to providers, pharmacies, transportation, and care teams.
• Maintain follow-up activities to support member objectives.
• Document all member interactions, outcomes, and follow-ups in applicable systems.
