Job summary

Zing Health Holdings Inc is seeking a Temporary Member Quality & Concierge Coordinator to deliver concierge-level support and proactive outreach, improving member engagement and satisfaction. The role supports quality initiatives, benefits education, and healthcare navigation for Medicare Advantage members in a fully remote IL setting.

Responsibilities include outbound campaigns, scheduling, issue resolution, and collaboration with departments to close care gaps while maintaining HIPAA

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service, healthcare, contact center, member services, or related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Strong organization with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound member outreach campaigns related to quality, Stars, CAHPS, retention, and engagement initiatives.
• Contact members regarding HRAs, preventive care, AWVs, and other care gap opportunities.
• Educate members on plan benefits, care resources, and rewards programs.
• Schedule appointments and connect members to providers, pharmacies, and care teams.
• Identify barriers to care and assist members in resolving them.
• Maintain follow-up activities to support member objectives.
• Escalate concerns needing intervention while owning resolution.
