Job summary

SCAN Health Insurance is seeking a Member Experience Guide for remote work with our nationwide member base. You will own interactions from inquiry to resolution with empathy and accountability while assisting members with benefits, claims, and processes.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, 1+ year of customer service in healthcare or related fields, and fluency in English; additional language skills (Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Vietnamese) are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience
• 1+ years of customer service experience in a contact center, healthcare, hospitality, or service-oriented environment
• Experience resolving customer issues, managing multiple systems, and handling high-volume interactions
• Required: English (Read, Write, Spoken)
• Experience in a provider office, medical group, hospital, or health plan
• Fluency in one or more languages besides English: Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Vietnamese
