Tuesday Health is seeking a Member Engagement Specialist to enroll eligible health plan members in our supportive care services. The role emphasizes engaging members, educating them about offerings, and sustaining ongoing program participation with excellent communication.

The ideal candidate is personable, professional, and experienced in outreach or customer service, preferably in healthcare. Remote work is available with periodic onsite sessions.

Formación

• Minimum three years in outreach, contact center, or customer service (prefer healthcare).
• Bilingual in Spanish required or preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; professional demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Use telephonic outreach to contact members and schedule assessments.
• Explain services, address questions, and overcome objections.
• Connect members to available services to meet needs during initial outreach.
• Provide ongoing telephonic support to members and caregivers.
• Maintain enrollment targets and adherence to security/privacy requirements.
• Use dashboards to prioritize member outreach and engagement.
