Job summary

Tuesday Health is seeking a Member Engagement Specialist to educate and enroll eligible health plan members in our supportive care services. The role focuses on engaging with members and caregivers via phone, educating them about services, and maintaining ongoing engagement throughout the program.

The ideal candidate is highly personable, professional, and has excellent communication skills, with at least three years in outreach or customer service. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in outreach, contact center, or customer service, preferably in healthcare.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Use telephonic outreach to contact members and schedule clinical assessments.
• Clearly communicate Tuesday Health services and address questions.
• Connect members to services to meet their needs during initial outreach.
• Provide ongoing telephonic customer service to members and caregivers.
• Initiate creative strategies to facilitate member contact.
• Maintain performance metrics and achieve enrollment targets.
• Adhere to HIPAA and privacy requirements.
