Job summary

Tuesday Health is seeking a Member Engagement Specialist (CST) who is bilingual in Spanish to educate and enroll eligible health plan members in supportive care services. This remote role requires CST location and strong communication skills to engage caregivers and members throughout the program.

The candidate will conduct outreach, schedule clinical assessments, answer questions, and connect members to services, while meeting engagement targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in outreach, contact center, or customer service, preferably healthcare.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to work independently.
• Experience with CRM/EHR systems is preferred.
• Ability to meet engagement targets and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic outreach to contact members and schedule assessments.
• Explain services and address questions and objections.
• Connect members to services to meet needs during outreach.
• Provide ongoing telephonic support to members and caregivers.
• Use dashboards to prioritize outreach and track enrollment targets.
• Maintain data privacy and security compliance.
