Job summary

Wayspring in the United States is seeking a Member Outreach Manager to lead a team of outreach specialists focused on connecting individuals with supporting services. You will report to the Director of Member Outreach and drive engagement strategies across multiple markets.

The ideal candidate is collaborative, results-oriented, with strong communication skills and a passion for helping vulnerable populations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an outreach role, Telephonic outreach preferred
• 1–2 years in a management or leadership/coaching role
• Experience working in a matrixed environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Presentation skills and persuasiveness are essential
• Experience with CRM platforms preferred
• Travel up to 25% as needed

Responsibilities

• Manages, coaches and develops assigned member outreach staff
• Ensures staff follow outreach protocols
• Assists staff in achieving monthly targets
• Provides monthly supervision and reports
• Delivers training to new outreach specialists
• Offers trainings across markets on engagement
• Performs administrative tasks as assigned
• Develops creative strategies for member contact, including in-person opportunities
• Ensures enrollment targets are met and maintains performance accountability
• Adheres to information security and privacy requirements
• Develops documentation protocols
