Job summary

Watts Water Technologies seeks a highly skilled Mega Projects Business Development Manager to drive strategic opportunities across Data Centers, Semiconductor, EV/Battery, and other large commercial/industrial verticals. This remote role travels up to 70% across the South-Central U.S.

and partners with owners, engineers, and contractors from early design through completion. You will lead strategy, specifications, and partnerships with product management, engineering, and sales teams to grow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in technical sales, field sales, or customer-facing commercial roles.
• 5+ years in engineered products, systems, and technical applications.
• Experience in flow control, plumbing, HVAC, hydronic systems, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage Mega Project opportunities in target verticals.
• Develop relationships with owners, engineers, contractors, distributors and reps.
• Influence design and specifications early in the project lifecycle.
• Develop strategies to maximize Watts content on projects and convert opportunities into orders.
• Maintain robust project pipeline with schedules and forecasts.
• Provide technical support for Hydronic Cooling, Process Water, HVAC systems.
