Watts Water Technologies is seeking a strategic Senior Marketing Manager for Megaprojects in Massachusetts. Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Product Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Brand Marketing, Demand Generation, or related disciplines.
Minimum of 3 years of experience leading people, projects, programs, or cross-functional initiatives.
Strong understanding of ABM, digital marketing, customer journey development, and lead generation concepts.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing plans supporting Megaprojects growth and target verticals.
Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing leadership to align priorities with commercial objectives.
Manage market research, competitive assessments, and industry trend evaluations to identify growth opportunities.
Lead campaigns across digital, events, PR, content, and engagement channels with measurable outcomes.
Drive ABM initiatives to deepen engagement with strategic accounts and support launches and GTM efforts.
