Siemens is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth in the Data Center market within the Central/Western US region (Remote). You will identify opportunities, shape strategies, and collaborate with end users, EPCs, consultants, and Siemens sales teams to advance opportunities toward closure.

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Business or Marketing.
• 8+ years of business development, strategic sales, account management, capture management, or commercial leadership experience.
• Experience in Data Centers, Critical Infrastructure, Electrical Distribution, Industrial Infrastructure, or adjacent markets.
• Knowledge of low-voltage power distribution equipment and related solutions.
• Experience with end users, consultants, EPCs, contractors, and strategic accounts.
• CRM-based opportunity pipelines and forecast management.

Responsabilidades

• Drive profitable growth of Siemens low-voltage power distribution solutions within the Data Center market.
• Develop and execute account development plans for strategic customers and partners.
• Identify, qualify, and advance opportunities from early development through award.
• Build and maintain relationships with end users, contractors, consultants, EPC firms, and influencers.
• Provide technical support and help with qualification processes at key accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Applications, Product Management, and Operations to improve win probability.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and reporting.
• Support bid/no-bid decisions and market intelligence gathering.
