Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Velocity Sales Associate to support field AEs by generating qualified leads and building pipeline across ambulatory and imaging centers. You will prospect outbound, qualify SQLs, coordinate with AEs, and leverage CRM tools to track activities while aiming to meet daily, monthly, and quarterly KPI targets, all in a remote US-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong sales, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with key decision makers.
• Excellent organization and proactive lead follow-up.
• Experience in medical technology space preferred.
• CRM experience; familiarity with Oracle Sales Cloud a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Produce SQL leads via outbound prospecting and follow-up on MQLs.
• Qualify customers to meet SQL criteria and identify needs.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to drive pipeline.
• Maintain CRM records and schedule follow-ups.
• Support AEs through research and product materials.
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to territory planning.
• Stay current on Siemens Healthineers products and services.
