Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Velocity Sales Associate to collaborate with field AEs and create qualified leads in ambulatory and imaging centers across the US. This remote role focuses on outbound prospecting, demand generation, and pipeline building while supporting AEs through all stages of the sales cycle.

You will develop pipeline with non‑hospital customers, maintain CRM activities, and help achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training & experience.
• Professional sales skills and a desire to advance in sales.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to build relationships with key decision makers.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive lead follow-up.
• Resilient attitude, coachability and consistent performance.
• Experience in the medical technology space.

Responsibilities

• Produce SQLs that convert to pipeline through outbound prospecting and follow-ups on MQLs.
• Qualify customers to meet SQL criteria.
• Consult with customers to identify needs and product opportunities.
• Use CRM and tools to plan calls, record activities, and schedule follow-ups.
• Hand-off warm SQLs to field AEs and support KPI achievement.
• Stay informed on Siemens Healthineers products and updates.
• Support AEs with client research and product materials.
• Identify customer trends and contribute to territory planning.
